Unlike rigid grinding wheels or hazardous wire brushes, the non-woven nylon filaments conform to irregular geometries, providing a uniform, spark-free finish without altering the dimensional tolerance of the workpiece.

The brush body is constructed from a high-density, open-web abrasive fleece, mounted on a precision metal core with a through-bore for shaft mounting. This allows the brush to be used in both dry and wet operations on CNC machines, automatic polishing lines, or manual rotary tools.
