A silicone roller consists of a precision-machined metal core bonded with vulcanized solid silicone rubber or Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR). As a critical component for continuous web production lines, it delivers reliable heat resistance, non-stick release properties, uniform nip pressure and stable elasticity under high-temperature operating conditions.

Metal cores undergo sandblasting and specialized priming before silicone vulcanization, preventing separation between the silicone cover and metal shaft during long-term continuous production.
